Guest Service Agent – Front Desk

About the role

Hilton Long Island/Huntington is looking for friendly, polished Guest Service Agents to join the Front Office team. You will be the first and last point of contact for guests, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable hotel experience.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, complete check‑ins and check‑outs, verify reservations and payments.
• Answer questions, handle requests, coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, Security and other departments.
• Process payments, maintain accurate guest accounts, and protect confidential information.
• Resolve routine concerns, communicate special requests, and maintain a clean front‑desk environment.

Required profile

• Genuine desire to provide excellent guest service with strong communication skills.
• Professional appearance, ability to stay calm and organized during busy periods.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; reliable attendance and flexibility for various shifts.
