About the role

Join Impact Kitchen as a Guest Experience Team Member and be the face of our community‑focused restaurants. You will take orders, serve guests, prepare a variety of beverages, and uphold a high standard of hospitality in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Take and accurately process guest orders, both in‑house and for delivery partners.
• Prepare and serve a range of beverages, including coffee and specialty drinks.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area, adhering to operational excellence standards.
• Follow recipes, SOPs, and menu updates to ensure consistent product quality.
• Handle cash and tips responsibly, providing a seamless checkout experience.
• Support teammates during shifts by assisting with various tasks as needed.

Required skills

• Food Handlers Certification (preferred).
• Barista experience (preferred).
