About the role

Massage Heights is seeking enthusiastic Guest Consultants to join our team and help elevate the wellness experience for members and guests. In this customer‑focused position you will educate visitors about our massage and skincare services, drive membership and gift‑card sales, and ensure every interaction reflects our brand purpose of uplifting lives.

Key responsibilities

• Confidently explain services, products, and therapeutic benefits to guests.
• Achieve monthly sales targets through membership enrollments and gift‑card transactions.
• Provide exceptional, attentive service by listening to guest needs and responding promptly.
• Maintain professional phone etiquette with an upbeat, clear tone.
• Promote the wellness advantages of massage and skin therapy.
• Build and sustain positive relationships with team members and guests.

Required profile

• Strong guest service and communication abilities.
• Previous experience in sales, retail, or guest services.
• Quick learner with a positive, energetic demeanor.
• Excellent critical‑thinking skills, especially for resolving customer conflicts.
• Passionate about interacting with people and delivering outstanding service.
• Team‑oriented and collaborative.

Required skills

• Proficiency with basic computer software.
