GTM Talent Partner – New York

About the role

We are looking for a GTM Talent Partner to join a fast‑growing technology company in New York. The role will own end‑to‑end hiring for sales, customer success, account management and marketing teams, while also supporting a few specialist content and research positions. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and help shape the hiring strategy as the business scales internationally.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior business leaders to define hiring needs for commercial functions.
• Manage full recruitment lifecycle for Sales, Customer Success, Account Management and Marketing roles.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines, leveraging AI‑enabled recruiting tools.
• Provide data‑driven insights and challenge hiring assumptions to improve quality and speed.
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the process.

Required profile

• Proven experience recruiting GTM talent in high‑growth, fast‑paced environments.
• Strong relationship‑building skills and ability to act as a business partner.
• Self‑starter who can work autonomously and take ownership of outcomes.
• Comfortable with high‑volume hiring without sacrificing quality.
• Curiosity about AI and modern recruiting technologies.

Required skills
