GTM Operations Lead

About the role

Brainco is building AI‑native operating systems for regulated institutions and needs a senior leader to own and scale its go‑to‑market and internal operations. As the GTM Operations Lead you will design, implement, and continuously improve the systems that keep the company moving fast, from day‑to‑day processes to revenue‑generation workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Own core internal operations such as procurement, onboarding, and vendor management.
• Partner with engineering to build and automate the go‑to‑market stack, making sales processes faster and more consistent.
• Design and implement deal‑flow systems, collaborating with privacy, legal, sales, product, and engineering to handle high deal volume.
• Work with finance and engineering to create reporting that links pipeline, deals, and revenue to business planning and forecasting.
• Replace ad‑hoc workarounds with durable, lightweight systems that scale as the team grows.
• Identify bottlenecks early and build infrastructure to support future growth.
• Make company and team goals visible and support focus on high‑impact initiatives.

• Proactive problem‑solver who spots missing pieces before they become issues.
• Comfortable adapting to a changing remit as the company evolves.
• Ability to move fluidly between system design and hands‑on implementation.
