GTM Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a GTM Engineer to build and operate the software that powers our marketing, sales, and agent development teams. You will design automated workflows, integrations, and AI‑driven systems that turn raw signals into qualified pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Implement Go‑to‑Market software and design end‑to‑end enrichment pipelines that ingest sign‑ups, demo requests, or event attendee lists and enrich them via Clay, ZoomInfo, Cognism and LLM‑powered sources.
• Build AI agents and internal tools that amplify sales output, including account research, call summarization, proposal generation and Slack‑accessible intel bots.
• Develop and maintain fit‑scoring pipelines that evaluate accounts against our ICP, writing results to Postgres and Salesforce.
• Design data architecture using Postgres, Fivetran pipelines and reverse‑ETL, ensuring data jobs stay healthy and in sync.
• Ship production code with proper observability, handle incidents, and debug failures across Salesforce, enrichment services and LLM APIs.

Required profile

• 3+ years in GTM Engineering, Revenue Operations, Sales Engineering or a similar technical role at a high‑growth B2B SaaS company.
• Hands‑on experience with modern GTM stacks (Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Clay, enrichment providers) and a strong understanding of lead flow and data quality.
• Production experience with large language models, including prompt design, evaluation loops and error handling at scale.
• Systems‑thinking mindset, able to build data pipelines that scale and handle failures gracefully.
• Owner’s mindset: take accountability from code to deployment to adoption and ship good solutions over perfect ones.
