GTM Engineer

About the role

Endex is building advanced AI-driven digital coworkers for the finance industry. As a GTM Engineer you will own the systems that turn pipeline into revenue, working closely with the CEO and GTM team to create repeatable, data‑driven revenue processes for private equity, investment banking, hedge funds and corporate finance clients.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain outbound and inbound pipeline infrastructure using tools such as Clay, HubSpot and automation platforms.
• Analyze funnel conversion data, identify drop‑offs and run experiments to improve reply rates, qualification and deal velocity.
• Build targeted, data‑enriched outbound campaigns: research accounts, enrich contacts, craft personalized messaging and iterate based on performance.
• Develop systems to qualify, prioritize and route inbound leads so the sales team focuses on high‑value conversations.
• Integrate product usage signals, CRM data and third‑party enrichment sources to provide a unified view of prospects and customers.
• Run structured tests on targeting, messaging, channels and timing, document results and scale successful approaches.
• Collaborate with the CEO and broader team on market expansion, vertical prioritization and channel partner enablement using data‑driven insights.

Required profile

• Builder mentality – experience standing up outbound or inbound systems from scratch with tools like Clay, HubSpot, Zapier or n8n.
• Commercial instinct – every workflow you create is tied to a measurable revenue outcome.
• Technical fluency – comfortable working with APIs, data enrichment services and light scripting (Python, SQL or similar).
• Analytical rigor – able to dive into funnel data, spot patterns and translate findings into concrete actions.
• Curiosity and adaptability – quick to learn new GTM tools and stay current with emerging technologies.
• Comfort with ambiguity – capable of breaking undefined problems into actionable components.
