GTM DevOps Engineer

About the role

ClickUp is seeking a GTM DevOps Engineer to own the reliability, automation, and delivery infrastructure for its Go‑To‑Market technology stack. The role bridges platform reliability and CI/CD engineering, supporting critical business systems such as Salesforce, NetSuite, MuleSoft, Workato, and AI‑powered workloads on GCP Cloud Run and AWS Bedrock.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce, NetSuite, MuleSoft, and Workato, establishing branching, promotion, and release gating standards.
• Extend CI/CD practices to AI agent workloads on GCP Cloud Run and AWS Bedrock, including container builds, deployment pipelines, and automated validation.
• Implement safe rollout patterns—feature toggles, phased launches, smoke tests, and rollback procedures—to reduce deployment risk.
• Own SLA/SLO definitions, standardize monitoring, alerting, and runbook patterns across quote‑to‑cash integrations, and extend observability to cloud‑run workloads.
• Manage sandbox, staging, and production environment lifecycles, including data masking, refresh cycles, and promotion standards.
• Provision and maintain cloud infrastructure on GCP (Cloud Run, Cloud Scheduler, Secret Manager, Artifact Registry, GCS) and AWS (Lambda, S3, EventBridge, Secrets Manager, Bedrock AgentCore) using IaC.
• Establish secrets‑management standards across GCP and AWS, enforce API key rotation policies, and partner with security on IAM and VPC governance.
• Build internal tooling, automation scripts, and testing frameworks to reduce toil and improve deployment confidence.

Required profile

• 4+ years in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering.
• 2+ years hands‑on experience deploying and managing Salesforce environments (SFDX, CLI, sandboxes, pipelines).
• Experience with at least one GTM/ERP platform such as NetSuite, MuleSoft, or Workato.
• Proven ability to build CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or Copado.
• Hands‑on experience with GCP services (Cloud Run, Cloud Scheduler, Secret Manager, Artifact Registry, GCS) and AWS services (Lambda, S3, Secrets Manager, CloudWatch); familiarity with Bedrock AgentCore is a plus.
• Experience managing containerized workloads, image lifecycle, vulnerability scanning, and supply‑chain security.
• Solid incident‑management experience, including on‑call duties and post‑incident reviews.
