GTM Associate

About the role

Clipbook is hiring a results‑driven GTM (Go‑To‑Market) Associate to power the next stage of growth. In this role you’ll own key parts of the GTM motion—from generating pipeline and managing high‑value accounts to building scalable lead‑generation systems. We’re looking for someone scrappy, strategic, and hungry to make an impact.

Key responsibilities

• Drive topline growth by leading a fast‑paced, high‑leverage GTM motion.
• Identify and engage strategic prospects through creative, data‑driven outbound outreach.
• Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders across highly‑regulated industries.
• Consistently exceed pipeline and revenue targets through rigorous execution and experimentation.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with product, customer success, and marketing to sharpen messaging and improve conversion.
• Leverage CRM and enrichment tools to track engagement, analyze performance, and iterate on GTM strategy.
• Assist with special projects across company functions (marketing, customer delivery, and operations).

Required profile

• Highly motivated and results‑oriented with intense responsiveness, coachability, and a strong drive to succeed.
• Excellent hustle, communication skills, and energy.
• Prior sales, marketing, or recruiting experience is preferred but not required.
• Basic familiarity with a CRM or similar tools (e.g., HubSpot, Apollo.io).
• Adaptability and willingness to thrive in a nimble, execution‑focused startup.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
