GSOC Agent

About the role

The Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) Agent supports CleanSpark’s enterprise security operations by monitoring systems, detecting incidents, and coordinating responses across corporate and operational environments. Working in a 24/7 control center, the agent maintains situational awareness and ensures timely escalation of security events to protect people, assets, and operations.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor enterprise security technologies such as CCTV, access control, alarm systems, drone platforms, Blue Force Tracking, and OSINT resources.
• Identify, assess, triage, and escalate security incidents according to established procedures.
• Maintain enterprise‑wide situational awareness by tracking operational conditions, system alerts, and emerging threats.
• Serve as the central communication point during incidents, coordinating with on‑site personnel, internal stakeholders, and emergency responders.
• Dispatch and track security resources, documenting incidents and response activities in incident management systems.
• Review video footage, compile documentation, and support security investigations as needed.
• Perform routine system checks and follow SOPs and operational playbooks.
• Participate in training, maintain proficiency with GSOC technologies, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Attend pre‑shift and post‑shift briefings to ensure operational continuity.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Emergency Management, or a related field preferred.
• Strong judgment, attention to detail, and effective communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team‑oriented, inclusive environment on rotating shifts.
