Growth Strategist

About the role

Coframe is building AI‑powered CRO tools that let user and agent interfaces adapt and personalize themselves. As a Growth Strategist you will own the experimentation roadmap for enterprise customers, generate high‑impact test ideas, leverage Coframe’s Mark‑1 platform, deliver measurable ROI, and help define world‑class AI‑driven CRO practices.

Key responsibilities

• Own the Experimentation Roadmap: develop and execute comprehensive A/B testing strategies, prioritize high‑impact tests and maintain a rapid testing cadence.
• Generate Winning Hypotheses: combine data analysis, UX intuition and CRO best practices to create test ideas across landing pages, checkout flows and product pages.
• Leverage AI‑Powered Tooling: use Coframe’s proprietary Mark‑1 platform to create and deploy test variants in hours rather than weeks.
• Deliver Measurable ROI: analyze experiment results, synthesize learnings and communicate incremental revenue and testing velocity to senior stakeholders.
• Build the Practice: codify frameworks, playbooks and best practices that scale across the growing customer base.

Required profile

• 3+ years hands‑on Conversion Rate Optimization, growth or experimentation experience in an agency, in‑house or consulting environment.
• Hypothesis Machine: can instantly spot multiple test opportunities on any page.
• Data‑driven: fluent in statistical significance, sample sizes, lift calculations and result interpretation.
• Strong communicator: able to present findings and recommendations to VPs, CMOs and CPOs.
• Builder mentality: thrives in ambiguity and enjoys shaping processes from the ground up.
