Growth Marketing Manager

About the role

Coinflow is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to turn brand momentum into a repeatable, measurable pipeline. You will own outbound campaign activation, design and run growth experiments, and tighten the link between marketing spend and qualified leads. This is a builder’s role that works closely with the Head of Marketing, Revenue, and Partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end outbound campaign activation – define audience, offer, channel, creative and follow‑up.
• Design, launch and iterate growth experiments across paid, email, LinkedIn, events and lifecycle channels with clear hypotheses.
• Track and report pipeline metrics such as qualified leads, meetings booked, CPL and marketing‑attributed revenue.
• Analyze data to uncover performance drivers and use AI tools to visualize insights for leadership.
• Build and optimise the demand funnel – landing pages, conversion paths, forms and nurture sequences.
• Manage paid acquisition and retargeting, prioritising ROI over pure reach.
• Partner with content and SEO teams to convert organic momentum into pipeline.
• Maintain clean attribution using UTM parameters, CRM hygiene in Attio and analytics in PostHog.

• Hands‑on growth marketer who thrives on experimentation and data‑driven decision making.
• Comfortable collaborating with revenue, SDR and product teams to iterate quickly.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to dig into performance data and communicate findings.

Required skills

• Attio (CRM) for data hygiene.
• PostHog for product and marketing analytics.
• Experience with paid acquisition platforms and LinkedIn advertising.
• Proficiency in email marketing and lifecycle automation tools.
