Growth Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Growth Marketing Manager to own the full digital marketing funnel for an apparel and fashion brand. You will work directly with the CEO, turning high‑traffic product pages into revenue generators through paid media, email, SEO, and creative testing.

Key responsibilities

• Manage paid media campaigns on Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads, including retargeting and scaling.
• Design, implement, and optimize Klaviyo email and SMS flows, sequences, and segmentation.
• Conduct conversion rate optimization by diagnosing drop‑off points and fixing them.
• Develop and execute SEO strategy for product copy, editorial content, and geo‑targeted landing pages.
• Lead creative development, A/B testing, and asset briefing.
• Produce performance reports focused on conversions, ROAS, CAC, and LTV.
• Leverage AI tools such as Claude and Helena daily to accelerate campaign creation, data analysis, and content generation.

Required profile

• 3–7 years of growth or performance marketing experience, preferably in DTC or ecommerce.
• Hands‑on experience building Klaviyo flows from scratch.
• Proven track record delivering ROAS on Meta, TikTok, or Google Ads.
• Fluency with Shopify and Google Analytics 4.
• Comfortable using AI marketing tools to think faster and test smarter.
• Experience in fashion, apparel, or beauty is a strong plus.
• Self‑motivated, proactive, and focused on customer outcomes.
