Growth Lead

About the role

This is a hands‑on growth position responsible for consumer acquisition and retention for a US product launch. Reporting to the GM and Head of Product, you will work closely with product, engineering, and a global R&D team to shape the product based on conversion data and user feedback.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute a multi‑channel beta‑to‑launch funnel spanning founder outreach, community platforms, Product Hunt, and Hacker News, measuring conversion by channel.
• Run experiments to identify growth loops and reallocate effort based on data‑driven performance.
• Sequence and prioritize launch channels, managing parallel and sequential rollouts based on data.
• Build the first 90‑day playbook covering beta funnel, community launch, and repeatable growth process.
• Engage directly with users, perform launch work, and feed market feedback into product decisions.
• Coordinate with a global branding and marketing team while owning US campaign execution.

Required profile

• 3+ years owning consumer product launches end‑to‑end at seed‑to‑Series‑B startups.
• Proven ability to grow consumer products from zero awareness using founder‑led outreach, community seeding, and organic growth.
• Experience designing, running, and measuring multi‑channel funnels.
• Background as a zero‑to‑one hire or founding team member.
• Direct experience launching products on Product Hunt and Hacker News.
• Fluency in community‑led and product‑led growth models.

Required skills

• Community platform seeding (Reddit, Discord, niche communities).
• Referral and waitlist tooling (e.g., Viral Loops, Waitlist.co).
• Beta listing platforms.

What we offer

• Base salary $150,000–$180,000 per year.
• Hybrid work: three days per week in the San Francisco Bay Area office.
