Growth Lead

About the role

Modus is building the future of audit by acquiring and scaling CPA firms with AI‑driven technology. We are looking for a Growth Lead to design and execute high‑velocity go‑to‑market strategies that turn low‑growth services into hyper‑growth businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and document playbooks to accelerate growth of newly acquired audit practices.
• Run rapid experimentation across messaging, channels, targeting, pricing and sales processes, converting successful tests into repeatable frameworks.
• Implement AI and automation tools to streamline lead enrichment, segmentation, personalization, sequencing and routing.
• Build and maintain a robust data foundation, including standardized lifecycle stages, CRM hygiene, dashboards and a weekly operating cadence for leadership.
• Standardize GTM infrastructure and integrate post‑acquisition funnels to lift performance across the portfolio.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience building and scaling B2B growth engines in roles such as growth, performance marketing, RevOps, or sales engineering.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to diagnose funnel metrics (CAC, LTV, retention, conversion, payback) and prioritize actions.
• Hands‑on experience deploying AI‑native automation and modern GTM tooling.
• High operational rigor with a focus on data integrity, process consistency and cross‑functional execution under tight timelines.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills to align product, sales, ops and leadership.

• Proficiency with analytics and funnel diagnostics.
• Experience with AI‑driven automation and GTM platforms.
• Ability to design and iterate on playbooks and experimentation frameworks.
