Growth Field Marketer

About the role

Sift is building the data infrastructure platform that powers hardware engineering teams across rockets, satellites, autonomous vehicles and more. As a Growth Field Marketer you will own the events and community programs that turn in‑person gatherings into online momentum, linking vibe, funnel and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, budget and evaluate the annual event calendar, applying a scoring framework to every booth, walk‑in and sponsorship.
• Design and run owned event formats such as dinners, roundtables and hosted nights that generate leads without relying on ad‑hoc sales invites.
• Launch a recurring San Francisco community program that makes Sift a fixture on the Bay Area hardware and autonomy calendar.
• Produce and publish event‑derived content (clips, photos, tweets) within days of each gathering.
• Grow Sift’s Twitter presence to reflect the energy of the local hard‑tech scene and encourage team participation.
• Partner with RevOps to attribute event activities to pipeline and revenue metrics.
• Standardize booth execution with assets, runbooks, collateral kits and a 48‑hour lead‑follow‑up process.
• Support employer branding by creating regular “Working at Sift” and “Why I Joined” content featuring engineers.

Required profile

• 4+ years of hands‑on experience in field marketing, growth, events, brand or community roles.
• Demonstrated ownership of a full event calendar, associated budget and measurable outcomes.
• Ability to translate in‑person energy into digital content and measurable pipeline.
• Experience collaborating with sales, talent acquisition and RevOps teams.
