Growth Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Growth Engineer to own the end‑to‑end growth loop at Hexa, guiding prospects from discovery through activation and retention. In this hybrid role you will blend full‑stack development with data‑driven growth strategy to drive acquisition, activation and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Own the growth funnel across acquisition, activation and retention stages.
• Design, implement and analyse A/B tests and experiments to optimise conversion.
• Build growth‑focused features such as onboarding flows, referral programs and engagement hooks.
• Instrument analytics, create dashboards and track key metrics.
• Collaborate closely with product and marketing teams to align growth initiatives with business goals.
• Ship iteratively, iterating weekly on experiments and scaling successful tactics.

Required profile

• Strong full‑stack engineering background with experience in React, Next.js, TypeScript and Node.
• Hands‑on experience in growth engineering, experimentation frameworks or product‑led growth.
• Data‑driven mindset; decisions based on metrics rather than opinions.
• Familiarity with analytics tools such as PostHog, Mixpanel or Amplitude.
• Ability to move fast, ship iteratively and avoid over‑engineering.
• Interest in B2B SaaS growth; experience in enterprise or manufacturing is a plus.
