About the role

The Growth & Creative Rotational Program is designed to fast‑track early‑career professionals through a series of high‑impact assignments across marketing, analytics, and creative functions. Over roughly two years, participants will rotate through key areas, gain hands‑on experience, and ultimately be placed in a specialized role that matches their strengths and business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and evaluate monthly influencer, media buying, and brand partnership initiatives.
• Build, proof, launch, and analyze performance‑marketing campaigns across all channels.
• Manage the end‑to‑end creative workflow, including brief development, task assignment, and delivery tracking.
• Lead community engagement, curate user‑generated content, and maintain the social media editorial calendar.
• Develop and report on member‑experience metrics such as LTV models, price‑test results, and re‑join performance.
• Support the Allurial subscription business with paid‑media campaigns, surveys, and influencer collaborations.
