Growth Content Manager (Sports & Prediction Markets)

About the role

You will lead the planning and delivery of high‑impact sports content across multiple channels, focusing on major US leagues such as the NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL, college football and college basketball. The role combines editorial oversight with commercial insight to drive audience growth and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage a multi‑channel sports content calendar (web, SEO/AEO, affiliate, social, etc.).
• Develop full‑funnel content plans around key US sports and betting moments.
• Identify topical opportunities linked to fixtures, seasonality, and prediction‑market activity.
• Collaborate with SEO/AEO, Paid Media, Affiliate, Social and Product teams to align content with channel priorities.
• Ensure content supports organic visibility, audience engagement, affiliate performance and conversion goals.
• Brief internal and external writers, editors and subject‑matter experts.
• Monitor performance, extract insights and refine planning.
• Support digital PR initiatives and set up detailed SEO/AEO tracking.
• Utilise AI‑driven workflows to accelerate production and collaborate on ASO reporting.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sports content, iGaming or a comparable digital content role.
• Deep knowledge of major US sports, especially NFL and NBA, and familiarity with betting and prediction‑market concepts.
• Track record of managing content calendars across multiple distribution channels.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with specialist marketing teams.
• Strong editorial judgement, balancing speed, accuracy and commercial relevance.
• Analytical mindset with experience turning performance data into actionable content priorities.
• Comfortable thriving in a fast‑paced, performance‑driven environment.
