Growth Associate

About the role

The Growth Associate will identify and engage potential customer accounts across media and advertising sectors, driving new business opportunities for the Growth Team. This role combines research, omni‑channel outreach, and in‑person prospecting to build high‑touch relationships and expand the company’s physical presence in key markets.

Key responsibilities

• Research and engage target accounts and decision‑makers through phone, email, and social platforms.
• Schedule Discovery Calls/Demos and conduct weekly in‑person agency visits using collateral and professional gifting.
• Travel monthly to designated markets to execute localized business development.
• Track all activities in HubSpot CRM and manage the pipeline.
• Utilize sales tools such as Apollo/Outreach, ZoomInfo, Winmo, Goody, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to optimize prospecting.
• Support Growth Directors in advancing deals beyond the initial call and collaborate with Planning, Growth, and Business Development teams.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of B2B sales or business development experience in media, advertising, programmatic, broadcasting, digital media, AdTech, or MarTech.
• Proven ability to generate qualified opportunities, meet pipeline targets, and work independently.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills with decision‑makers.
• Self‑motivated, proactive, results‑oriented, and willing to travel for agency visits and events.
