Groundskeeper/Porter (Multi‑Site) – Union Baseline & Union 9Seventy

About the role

The Groundskeeper/Porter will maintain the physical appearance and safety of multiple Greystar communities, ensuring grounds, amenities and common areas are clean, functional and welcoming.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect communities throughout the day to remove litter, debris, pet droppings and keep all common areas tidy.
• Clear trash from vacant apartments, transport it to dumpsters or storage areas, and maintain those storage spaces.
• Complete minor and routine service requests as directed by the Service Supervisor or Community Manager and assist with make‑ready turnover tasks.
• Change locks according to property policy and verify that pool gates operate safely and meet code requirements.
• Distribute resident notices and communications as needed.
• Report any hazards or unsafe conditions to supervisors promptly.
• Provide courteous customer service, answer resident questions and address maintenance‑related complaints.
• Follow Greystar’s safety and risk‑management policies, attend safety meetings, complete required OSHA training and report incidents accurately.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s license required to operate a golf cart on the property.
• Ability to work on‑site across multiple locations.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
