Groundskeeper/Porter – Full-time

About the role
Greystar is seeking an entry‑level Groundskeeper/Porter to maintain the appearance and functionality of a 699‑unit residential community in Glendale, California. The role is full‑time, Monday‑Friday with occasional weekend availability, and includes a 20% housing discount.
Key responsibilities
- Inspect the property throughout the day to remove litter, debris, pet droppings, and ensure common areas and amenities remain clean.
- Collect and dispose of trash from vacant apartments before turnover.
- Support the service team by performing routine grounds maintenance tasks.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate supervisor.
Required profile
- Entry‑level candidate; no prior industry experience required.
- Willingness to work the 9 am‑6 pm schedule and be available for weekend shifts as needed.
- Ability to perform physical tasks and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
