Groundskeeper/Porter – Broadstone Upper Westside

About the role

The Groundskeeper/Porter will ensure the community’s grounds, amenities, and common areas are clean, well‑maintained, and visually appealing. This onsite role supports the service team and contributes to a safe, welcoming environment for residents.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect the property throughout the day to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings, keeping all common areas tidy.
• Clear trash from vacant units before the make‑ready process and maintain storage areas.
• Complete minor service requests assigned by the Service Supervisor or Community Manager.
• Assist the make‑ready specialist during unit turnover.
• Change locks according to property policy and verify pool gate functionality.
• Distribute resident notices and communications as needed.
• Report any hazards or unsafe conditions to supervisors promptly.
• Provide courteous customer service, answer resident questions, and address maintenance complaints.
• Participate in safety meetings, complete OSHA training, and report accidents accurately.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on the property.
• Ability to stand, walk, sit for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as bending, stooping, climbing ladders, and crawling in confined spaces.
• Commitment to Greystar’s safety and risk‑management policies.
