Groundskeeper/Porter – Arcadia at Veranda Falls

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Groundskeeper/Porter to join the Arcadia community at Veranda Falls in Port St. Lucie, Florida. The role focuses on maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the property’s grounds, common areas, and amenities, supporting the overall curb appeal and resident satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect the community throughout the day to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings, ensuring all common areas and amenities remain neat and free of waste.
• Remove trash and items from vacant apartments before the make‑ready process, transport waste to dumpsters or designated storage areas, and keep storage areas clean.
• Perform minor and routine service requests assigned by the Service Supervisor or Community Manager.
• Assist with the make‑ready process for vacant units, including cleaning and preparation tasks.
• Maintain the overall curb appeal of the property by caring for landscaping, pathways, and exterior features.

Required profile

• Full‑time availability, Monday‑Friday schedule.
• Physical ability to perform outdoor and manual tasks, including lifting and walking for extended periods.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions from supervisors.
