Groundskeeper – Wiregrass at Stone Oak

About the role
Greystar is seeking a Groundskeeper for the Wiregrass community at Stone Oak in San Antonio, Texas. The role ensures the physical aspects of the community are maintained, meeting standards for grounds, amenities, and overall curb appeal while supporting the service team.
Key responsibilities
- Inspect the community throughout the day to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings, keeping common areas and amenities neat.
- Remove trash and items from vacant apartments before the make‑ready process, transport trash to dumpsters or storage areas, and maintain storage areas.
- Complete assigned minor and routine service requests as directed by the Service Supervisor or Community Manager.
- Assist the make‑ready specialist in the turnover process.
- Change all locks in accordance with the property’s policy.
Required profile
- Ability to follow property policies, such as lock‑changing procedures.
