Groundskeeper / Porter – Pinewood Community

About the role
The Groundskeeper/Porter will maintain the Pinewood community’s grounds, amenities and common areas in Albuquerque, ensuring a clean, safe and welcoming environment for residents and visitors.
Key responsibilities
- Inspect the property throughout the day to remove litter, debris, pet waste and keep all common areas tidy.
- Collect and dispose of trash from vacant units, transport it to dumpsters or storage areas, and maintain those storage spaces.
- Perform minor and routine service requests assigned by the Service Supervisor or Community Manager.
- Assist the make‑ready specialist during unit turnover processes.
- Change locks in accordance with property policies and maintain security equipment.
Required profile
- Ability to work independently and follow established procedures.
- Physical capability to perform outdoor and manual tasks.
- Reliability and punctuality for a full‑time schedule.
