Groundskeeper / Porter for Selene Tomoka Village

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Groundskeeper/Porter to keep the Selene Tomoka Village community clean, safe, and welcoming. The role supports the service team by maintaining common areas, handling minor service requests, and ensuring all amenities meet Greystar’s standards.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect the property throughout the day to remove litter, debris, and pet waste, keeping all common areas tidy.
• Clear trash from vacant units before the make‑ready process and maintain storage areas.
• Perform minor and routine service tasks as directed by the Service Supervisor or Community Manager.
• Change locks according to property policy and verify that pool gates operate safely.
• Distribute resident notices and communications as needed.
• Report any hazards or unsafe conditions to supervisors promptly.
• Provide courteous customer service, answer resident questions, and address maintenance complaints.
• Participate in safety meetings, complete required OSHA training, and report accidents accurately.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on the property.
• Ability to stand, walk, sit for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as bending, stooping, climbing ladders, and carrying objects.
• Attention to detail and willingness to follow safety and risk‑management policies.
