Groundskeeper / Porter for Ridge at Robinson Community

About the role

The Groundskeeper/Porter will maintain the appearance and safety of the Ridge at Robinson community. This role supports the service team by keeping common areas clean, handling minor service requests, and ensuring all amenities meet Greystar standards.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect the property throughout the day to remove litter, debris, and pet waste, keeping all common areas tidy.
• Clear trash from vacant apartments before the make‑ready process and maintain storage areas.
• Complete minor service requests assigned by the Service Supervisor or Community Manager and assist with apartment turn‑overs.
• Change locks according to property policy and verify that pool gates function safely.
• Distribute resident notices and communications as needed.
• Report any hazards or unsafe conditions to supervisors promptly.
• Provide courteous customer service, answer resident questions, and address maintenance complaints.
• Participate in safety meetings, complete required OSHA training, and report accidents accurately.

Required profile

• Ability to stand, walk, sit for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as bending, climbing ladders, and crawling in confined spaces.
• Capability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on the property.
• Commitment to Greystar’s safety and risk‑management policies.
