Groundskeeper

About the role

Citizens Health is seeking a reliable groundskeeper to maintain the exterior of its plant operations campus in Colby. The position is full‑time, Monday‑Friday, 8 AM‑4:30 PM, and reports to the Plant Operation Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Mow grass using riding and push mowers, trim edges and remove weeds.
• Clean and paint parking lots and other outdoor surfaces.
• Observe safety, report suspicious activity and address any deficiencies or untidiness promptly.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support campus upkeep.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience operating small farm tractors, riding lawn mowers and other yard‑care equipment.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Maintenance experience is helpful.
