Groundskeeper – Fountainhead

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Groundskeeper to maintain the Fountainhead community in San Antonio, Texas. The role focuses on preserving the visual appeal and functionality of the property’s exterior spaces, amenities, and common areas while supporting the service team.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect the community throughout the day, removing litter, debris, and pet droppings to keep all common areas and amenities clean and presentable.
• Clear trash and leftover items from vacant apartments before the make‑ready process, transport waste to dumpsters, and maintain storage areas.
• Perform minor and routine service requests assigned by the Service Supervisor or Community Manager and assist the make‑ready specialist during unit turnovers.
• Change locks and ensure gates are secured in accordance with property policies.

Required profile

• Ability to work outdoors and perform physical tasks consistently.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.
• Willingness to follow established procedures and collaborate with the service team.
