Groundskeeper for TruNorth Community

About the role

Greystar is seeking a reliable Groundskeeper to maintain the appearance and safety of the TruNorth at Bulverde community. You will ensure that all outdoor areas, amenities, and common spaces are clean, well‑kept, and welcoming for residents.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect the property throughout the day to remove litter, debris, pet waste, and keep common areas tidy.
• Clear trash from vacant units, transport it to dumpsters or storage, and maintain those storage areas.
• Perform minor service requests assigned by the Service Supervisor or Community Manager and assist with unit turn‑over tasks.
• Change locks according to policy and verify that pool gates and other safety features function correctly.
• Distribute resident notices and communications as needed.
• Report any hazards or unsafe conditions to supervisors promptly.
• Provide courteous customer service, answer resident questions, and address maintenance‑related complaints.
• Follow Greystar’s safety and risk‑management policies, attend safety meetings, complete required OSHA training, and report incidents accurately.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on the property.
• Ability to stand, walk, sit for long periods and perform physical tasks such as bending, climbing ladders, reaching, carrying objects, and crawling in confined spaces.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
