Groundskeeper for The Prado Community

About the role

Greystar is seeking a reliable Groundskeeper to maintain the appearance and safety of The Prado community. You will work closely with the service team to ensure common areas, amenities, and the overall curb appeal meet Greystar’s high standards.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect the community throughout the day, removing litter, debris, and pet droppings to keep all common areas tidy.
• Clear trash from vacant apartments before the make‑ready process and maintain storage areas.
• Complete minor service requests assigned by the Service Supervisor or Community Manager and assist the make‑ready specialist.
• Change locks according to property policy and verify that pool gates operate safely and meet code requirements.
• Distribute resident notices and communications as needed.
• Report any hazards or dangerous situations to supervisors promptly.
• Provide courteous customer service, answer resident questions, and address maintenance‑related complaints.
• Follow Greystar’s safety and risk‑management policies, attend safety meetings, complete OSHA training, and report accidents accurately.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on the property.
• Ability to stand, walk, sit for extended periods, bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry objects and crawl in confined spaces.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
