Groundskeeper for The Lofts at Ten Mile

About the role

The Lofts at Ten Mile is seeking a dedicated Groundskeeper to maintain the community’s outdoor areas, ensuring a clean, safe, and attractive environment for residents and guests. This role supports the service team and helps uphold Greystar’s high standards of property appearance and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect the property throughout the day to remove litter, debris, pet waste, and keep all common areas tidy.
• Clear trash from vacant apartments before the make‑ready process and maintain storage areas.
• Complete minor service requests assigned by the Service Supervisor or Community Manager and assist with turn‑over activities.
• Change locks according to property policy and verify that pool gates operate safely and meet code requirements.
• Distribute resident notices and communications as needed.
• Report any hazards or safety concerns to supervisors promptly.
• Provide courteous customer service, answer resident questions, and address maintenance complaints sensitively.
• Participate in safety meetings, complete required OSHA training, and report accidents accurately.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on the property.
• Ability to stand, walk, sit, bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry objects and crawl in confined spaces.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
