Groundskeeper for Summerwell Wildcat Ranch

About the role

The Groundskeeper is responsible for maintaining the appearance, safety, and functionality of the Summerwell Wildcat Ranch community. This role supports the service team by keeping common areas, amenities, and surrounding grounds clean and well‑kept.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect the community throughout the day to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings, ensuring all common areas and amenities remain tidy.
• Clear trash from vacant apartments before the make‑ready process, transport waste to dumpsters or storage areas, and keep storage spaces clean.
• Complete minor and routine service requests assigned by the Service Supervisor or Community Manager and assist the make‑ready specialist during unit turnovers.
• Change locks according to property policy and verify that pool‑area gates operate safely and meet code requirements.
• Distribute resident notices and communications as needed.
• Report any hazards or potentially dangerous situations to supervisors promptly.
• Provide courteous customer service, answer resident questions, and address maintenance‑related complaints sensitively.
• Follow Greystar’s safety and risk‑management policies, attend safety meetings, complete required OSHA training, and report accidents accurately.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s license required to operate a golf cart on the property.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and report hazards.
• Strong communication skills and a respectful attitude toward residents and team members.
• Willingness to work outdoors and perform physical tasks.
