Groundskeeper for Middletown Landing Community

About the role

Greystar is seeking a reliable Groundskeeper to maintain the appearance and safety of the Middletown Landing community in Louisville. The role supports the service team by keeping common areas, amenities, and surrounding grounds clean, orderly, and inviting for residents and guests.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect the property throughout the day to remove litter, debris, pet waste, and ensure all common areas remain tidy.
• Clear trash from vacant apartments before the make‑ready process and maintain storage areas.
• Complete minor service requests assigned by the Service Supervisor or Community Manager and assist with apartment turn‑overs.
• Change locks according to policy and verify that pool gates and other safety features operate correctly.
• Distribute resident notices and communicate relevant information as needed.
• Report hazards or unsafe conditions to supervisors promptly.
• Provide courteous customer service, answer resident questions, and address maintenance‑related complaints.
• Follow Greystar’s safety policies, attend safety meetings, complete OSHA training, and report incidents accurately.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s license required to operate a golf cart on the property.
• Ability to work independently and follow established safety and operational procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high curb‑appeal standards.
