Groundskeeper for Mariblu Hunters Creek Community

About the role

The Groundskeeper is responsible for maintaining the appearance and safety of the Mariblu Hunters Creek community. This role supports the service team by keeping common areas, amenities, and the overall curb appeal in excellent condition.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect the community throughout the day to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings, ensuring all common areas and amenities remain clean.
• Clear trash and items from vacant apartments before the make‑ready process, transport waste to dumpsters or storage areas, and keep storage spaces orderly.
• Complete minor and routine service requests assigned by the Service Supervisor or Community Manager and assist the make‑ready specialist during unit turnovers.
• Change locks according to property policy and verify that pool gates operate safely and meet code requirements.
• Distribute resident notices and communications as needed.
• Report any hazards or potentially dangerous situations to supervisors promptly.
• Provide courteous customer service, answer resident questions, and address maintenance‑related complaints sensitively.
• Follow Greystar’s safety and risk‑management policies, attend safety meetings, complete required OSHA training, and report accidents accurately.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s license required to operate a golf cart on the property.
• Commitment to safety protocols and ability to complete OSHA‑related training.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with respectful communication skills.
• Attention to detail for lock changes, gate inspections, and hazard reporting.
