Groundskeeper for Enclave Falcon Pointe Community

About the role

The Groundskeeper is responsible for maintaining the physical appearance and safety of the Enclave Falcon Pointe community. This role supports the service team by ensuring common areas, amenities, and surrounding grounds are clean, functional, and welcoming for residents and guests.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect the community throughout the day to remove litter, debris, and pet waste, keeping all common areas tidy.
• Clear trash from vacant apartments before the make‑ready process and maintain storage areas.
• Complete minor service requests as directed by the Service Supervisor or Community Manager and assist the make‑ready specialist.
• Change locks according to policy and verify that pool gates operate safely and meet code requirements.
• Distribute resident notices and communications as needed.
• Report hazards or dangerous situations to supervisors promptly.
• Provide courteous customer service, answer resident questions, and address maintenance complaints sensitively.
• Follow Greystar’s safety and risk‑management policies, attend safety meetings, complete OSHA training, and report incidents accurately.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on the property.
• Ability to stand, walk, sit for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as bending, stooping, climbing ladders, reaching, carrying objects, and crawling in confined spaces.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Commitment to safety protocols and timely reporting of hazards.
