Groundskeeper for Broadstone Jordan Ranch

About the role

Greystar is seeking a dedicated Groundskeeper to maintain the appearance and safety of the Broadstone Jordan Ranch community in Brookshire. The role involves daily upkeep of common areas, amenities, and landscaping to ensure a welcoming environment for residents.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect the community throughout the day, removing litter, debris, and pet waste to keep all common areas tidy.
• Clear trash from vacant apartments before the make‑ready process and maintain storage areas.
• Perform minor service requests assigned by the Service Supervisor and assist the make‑ready specialist during unit turnovers.
• Change locks according to property policy and verify that pool gates and other safety features operate correctly.
• Distribute resident notices and communications as needed.
• Report any hazards or unsafe conditions to supervisors promptly.
• Provide courteous customer service, answering resident questions and addressing maintenance complaints.
• Follow Greystar’s safety and risk‑management policies, attend safety meetings, complete OSHA training, and report incidents accurately.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s license required to operate a golf cart on the property.
• Ability to stand, walk, sit, bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry objects and crawl in confined spaces.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
