About the role
We are looking for a Groundskeeper to maintain the physical appearance and curb appeal of the Ascend at Elevon community in Lavon, Texas. The role supports the service team by keeping common areas, amenities, and vacant units clean and orderly.
Key responsibilities
- Inspect the community throughout the day to remove litter, debris, pet droppings and ensure all common areas and amenities remain neat.
- Remove trash and items from vacant apartments before the make‑ready process, transport waste to dumpsters or storage areas, and keep storage spaces clean.
- Complete minor and routine service requests assigned by the Service Supervisor or Community Manager.
- Assist the make‑ready specialist during unit turnover.
- Change locks in accordance with property policy and ensure gates are secure.
Required profile
- Ability to perform physical tasks and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures.
- Reliability and willingness to work independently.
