Groundskeeper - Broadstone Jordan Ranch

About the role
The Groundskeeper at Broadstone Jordan Ranch is responsible for maintaining the physical appearance and functionality of the community’s outdoor areas. This full‑time position supports the service team by ensuring that common spaces, amenities, and surrounding grounds meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness and curb appeal.
Key responsibilities
- Inspect the community throughout the day to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings, keeping all common areas and amenities neat.
- Remove trash and items from vacant apartments before the make‑ready process, transport waste to dumpsters or storage areas, and maintain those storage spaces.
- Complete minor and routine service requests as directed by the Service Supervisor or Community Manager.
- Assist the make‑ready specialist during apartment turnover activities.
- Change locks in accordance with property policies.
