Graphic Systems Administrator

About the role

We are looking for a Graphic Systems Administrator to own and operate our enterprise‑grade packaging workflow platform built on Esko’s WebCenter and Automation Engine. The role will support multiple production sites, ensuring the system runs smoothly and integrates with our broader business applications.

Key responsibilities

• Administer user roles, permissions, project templates and approval workflows in Esko WebCenter.
• Design, build and maintain automated workflows and integrations using JavaScript, XML/XSLT, REST APIs and SQL.
• Provide day‑to‑day support to graphics and pre‑press teams, troubleshooting issues and resolving exceptions quickly.
• Collaborate with ERP, MIS and other business systems to keep platform integrations up‑to‑date.
• Document platform configuration, processes and best practices.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience managing an enterprise workflow, BPM or automation platform end‑to‑end.
• Strong scripting and integration skills (JavaScript, XML/XSLT, REST APIs, SQL).
• Experience administering complex web applications, including user roles and document management.
• Comfortable managing Windows Server environments and SQL Server databases in production.
• Ability to work across multiple sites or business units.
