Graphic Designer – Personalized Photo Products (Hybrid)

About the role

We are seeking a creative Graphic Designer experienced in personalized photo products. The role involves creating original artwork and templates for items such as greeting cards, mugs, photo books, and wall art, supporting both product development and marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Create original artwork and professionally designed templates for a variety of personalized consumer products.
• Adapt designs for multiple sizes, layouts, and print specifications.
• Develop promotional graphics and digital assets for product launches.
• Upload, organize, and maintain design files in internal asset management systems.
• Collaborate with product, content, merchandising, and marketing teams to deliver customer‑focused designs.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions, design reviews, and provide guidance to external agencies.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Work with QA teams to resolve template and print production issues, using customer feedback to improve designs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of professional graphic design experience, specifically with personalized consumer or photo products.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating product design, layout, typography, and illustration.
• Advanced knowledge of print production, color management, image resolution, and graphic file formats.
