Graphic Designer – Marketing & Communications

About the role

The Graphic Designer will support Woman’s Hospital’s brand and marketing initiatives by creating compelling visual content for both internal and external communications. Working closely with marketing leadership and creative partners, you will help tell the hospital’s story through on‑brand design.

Key responsibilities

• Design a variety of visual assets for web and print, including digital ads, social media graphics, billboards, brochures, annual reports, flyers and posters.
• Apply core graphic design principles while consistently maintaining the hospital’s corporate brand and visual identity.
• Collaborate with the creative supervisor, in‑house print shop and external vendors to ensure high‑quality production and clear project specifications.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and proactively communicate status, challenges and production issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Minimum of three years of professional graphic design experience.
• Full‑time schedule, Monday‑Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM; remote work eligible after the probationary period.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign.
• Experience with Adobe After Effects (preferred).
