Graphic Designer

About the role

The Graphic Designer will create compelling visual communications that support the mission and ministries of Harvest Bible Chapel. Working under the Director of Communications, you will translate ministry messages, ideas, and priorities into clear, engaging, and consistent creative assets across digital, print, worship services, events, and other churchwide channels.

Key responsibilities

• Create high‑quality graphics and visual assets for sermon series, weekend services, ministry events, campaigns, email, web, signage, print materials, merchandise, and other church materials.
• Translate ministry goals, messages, and creative direction into thoughtful visual concepts that clearly communicate purpose.
• Apply and help maintain Harvest brand standards across ministries, campuses, platforms, and communication channels.
• Partner with the Director of Communications and ministry leaders to turn project objectives into effective visual solutions within established timelines.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritize work, and consistently meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
• Prepare production‑ready files for digital, print, and screen, ensuring correct specifications, proofreading, and quality checks.
• Develop templates, reusable assets, and design systems to improve consistency and efficiency.
• Organize and maintain design files, source assets, photography, and shared brand resources.
• Participate in creative brainstorming and contribute fresh ideas for sermon series, churchwide initiatives, events, and campaigns.
• Incorporate feedback with humility and a collaborative spirit, continuously strengthening the quality of work.
• Stay current with design tools, trends, production practices, and emerging creative approaches.

• Personal, growing relationship with Jesus and humility to testify to it.
• Ability to explain what Harvest Bible Chapel believes.
• Willingness to pray with employees, guests, and attenders of the church.
• Active participation in ministry life.
