Graphic Designer
Coalition Against Financial Crime (CAFC)

About the role
CAFC is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to shape the visual identity of a global organisation fighting financial crime. You will translate complex ideas into clean, compelling visuals that engage senior audiences across digital and print channels.
Key responsibilities
- Design high‑quality visual assets for social media, digital advertising, event collateral, presentation decks, newsletters, and website content.
- Maintain and evolve CAFC’s brand identity, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
- Collaborate with content, editorial, events, membership, and certifications teams to create visuals that enhance written material.
- Develop adaptable design concepts and templates for recurring campaigns.
- Support event branding, including signage, digital displays, and promotional assets.
- Create layouts for certification programmes, training materials, and learning platform content.
- Coordinate with external vendors, printers, and production partners for physical and digital deliverables.
- Stay current on design trends and best practices within the financial‑crime and compliance sector.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
- Contribute to motion graphics, short‑form video, and animated content as needed.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a graphic designer, preferably in professional services, financial services, media, or membership organisations.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating versatility across digital and print design.
- Ability to interpret briefs accurately and deliver compelling visual concepts.
- Excellent attention to detail and high standards of finish.
- Capacity to handle several projects without compromising quality.
Required skills
- Adobe Creative Suite – Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign.
- Design tools such as Figma or Canva.
- Understanding of brand identity, typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience designing for social‑media formats and dimensions.
- Motion‑graphics or video‑editing tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro) – a plus.
