About the role

Raising Cane’s is looking for a creative Graphic Designer to develop design‑driven solutions that support restaurant initiatives, strengthen brand presence, and enhance the customer experience across both print and digital media.

Key responsibilities

• Create innovative design concepts for packaging, signage, environmental graphics, retail products, uniforms, apparel, and digital assets.
• Prepare and deliver final production files that meet print and digital specifications.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to fast‑paced, deadline‑driven timelines.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure creative output aligns with brand standards and business objectives.
• Apply brand guidelines consistently and incorporate feedback to refine designs.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of professional graphic design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing range and conceptual thinking.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail, strategic thinking, and the ability to work independently.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
