Graphic Designer

About the role

We are seeking a Media Designer to join our Santa Monica team in a hybrid capacity. The role focuses on turning ideas and raw content into polished, on‑brand visual stories for internal teams and external brand clients.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build presentation decks, including pitch decks, client recaps, treatment decks, and internal strategy decks.
• Create marketing and promotional assets such: social media graphics, one‑pagers, sales collateral, and campaign creatives.
• Translate shoot footage, photography, and other raw assets into polished recap decks and marketing materials.
• Maintain and evolve brand visual standards across company and client‑facing outputs.
• Collaborate with production and account teams to understand project goals and deliver compelling visuals.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, often under tight production timelines.
• Develop reusable templates and design systems for decks and campaigns.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in graphic design, presentation design, or a related visual communications role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating deck design, layout, and brand/marketing materials.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and presentation tools.
• Familiarity with collaborative design tools such as Figma.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet multiple deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and openness to feedback.
