Graphic Designer – In‑house Multimedia Producer

About the role

SheMed is seeking an in‑house Graphic Designer to create visual concepts that support its brand and digital marketing initiatives. The role combines graphic design, multimedia production, and copy layout to deliver engaging print and online materials for a fast‑growing health‑tech company.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with brand director, editorial staff and other stakeholders to understand project goals, audience and messaging.
• Design original visual assets such as logos, promotional graphics, branding materials, and multimedia content for both print and digital channels.
• Select appropriate graphics, stock photography and typography, and produce sample layouts for approval.
• Prepare drafts, incorporate feedback, and finalize designs for production, including print orders and assembly instructions.
• Maintain accurate records of billable project time.

Required profile

• Degree in Graphic Arts, Design, Multimedia or related field (preferred).
• 1‑3 years of graphic design and multimedia experience, preferably in consumer packaged goods or digital marketing.
• Strong time‑management skills and ability to multitask under pressure.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Required skills

• Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Figma, Sketch.
• Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of typography, layout fundamentals, print and digital production.
• Familiarity with social media platforms: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube.
