Graphic Designer - Entry Level

About the role

Our leading design and architecture firm is seeking an entry‑level Graphic Designer to join our experiential design team in San Diego. You will help translate client ideas into compelling visual solutions across signage, exhibits, and environmental graphics.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in all phases of design from concept development to artwork production.
• Develop two‑ and three‑dimensional graphics, maps, print layouts, and signage under supervision.
• Create photo visualizations and mockups to evaluate placement and content.
• Prepare camera‑ready files ready for fabrication and installation.
• Collaborate with vendors and fabricators to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Maintain attention to detail throughout design and production.
• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Architecture, or a related field (required by hire date).
• Strong background in typography and visual communication.
• Previous internship or related experience in experiential, environmental graphics, or exhibit design.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.

Required skills

• Macintosh operating system.
• Adobe Creative Suite – Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign.
• AutoCAD (preferred).
• SketchUp (preferred).
