Graphic Artist

About the role

We are looking for a Graphic Artist to create electronic images for imprinting on promotional products. You will work closely with the customer service team to ensure artwork meets client expectations and vendor specifications, while also supporting other internal departments.

Key responsibilities

• Clean‑up and prepare faxed or bitmap logos received from customers.
• Typeset and produce proofs for customer orders.
• Create line illustrations from photos and other sources.
• Convert various file types into vector‑based artwork suitable for production.
• Modify existing images and layouts for imprinting on a range of promotional items.
• Stay current on design trends and industry updates.
• Participate in training sessions and pursue professional development.
• Collaborate with customer service and other departments to deliver accurate artwork.

• Friendly, tactful and professional communication by phone and email.
• Ability to multitask, take initiative, and meet tight deadlines.
• Organized with strong attention to detail.
• Passion for illustration and production‑ready artwork.

Required skills

• Minimum two‑year degree in Graphic Arts or equivalent experience.
• 1–2 years of related work experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator or CorelDraw and Adobe Photoshop.
• Understanding of computer‑generated production art terminology.
• Knowledge of imprinting methods; experience in the promotional products industry is a plus.
